Quails are very small birds that belong to the pheasant and partridge species. Quails has the bone structure and color of chicken (even the cooked meat looks similar) , but its strong flavor minimizes the need to dress it up. Perfect for roasting (tandoori) , baking and frying. This quail meat is juicy, tender, and has a smooth texture.

I ordered Desi/country chicken. It was too fresh and properly cleaned.Usually Desi chicken takes time to cook... completely.
