Goat Brain is obtained from the head of the goat with proper delicacy to maintain its shape. Brain meat contains omega 3 fatty acids and nutrients. The latter include phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylserine, which are good for the nervous system. I have known Sufiyaan and his brother for a couple of years to come now ever since he started out working for someone... else and then started out on his own. I have been buying from him for more than 5 years now (maybe more) and never in all these years have I had a single problem!!The supplied meat / Chicken is clean, fat free, and washed over and over again. It is packed extremely cleanly and with utmost care. The owners of this business, Sufiyaan and his brother, do most of the purchasing themselves and ensure that the supplied chicken, meat or fish is healthy and absolutely same day fresh. Sufiyaan also takes care of Halal / jhatka requirements.During the covid 19 lockdown, when supply resumed, Sufiyaan ensured, and continues to ensure that his delivery staff are equipped with masks, sanitisers and are healthy(See pic).
