- Delivery Area: We currently deliver in Indore, Madhya Pradesh Only except some big orders that can be delivered to Ujjain, Dewas and Mhow as well. Please ensure that your delivery address is within our service area before placing an order.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the distance of your delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Delivery Times: Orders are typically processed within same day in case of unavailability within same day we will contact you for next possible delivery date and order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors. You can contact us to get estimated delivery time.
- Packaging: To maintain freshness and quality, all our products are carefully packaged using insulated containers and ice packs (if necessary) to ensure they remain cold during transit.
- Delivery Issues: If there are any issues with your delivery (e.g., delayed shipment, damaged package), please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
- Recipient Availability: It is important that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery to prevent the perishable items from being left unattended.
- Order Cancellation: Once your parcel is out for delivery, orders cannot be canceled. Please ensure all order details and delivery information are accurate before finalizing your purchase.
Return Policy

1. Conditions for Returns:
- Returns are accepted only if the delivered meat is not what you ordered.
- Returns are also accepted if the meat or shipped food is spoilt.
2. Return Process:
- Upon receiving your order, please check the delivered items immediately in the presence of the delivery person.
- If there is an issue with the order (wrong item or spoilt meat), you must return the items to the delivery person on the spot.
- Once the delivery person has left your premises, we will not be able to accept any returns.
3. Return Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, the issue must be identified and reported to the delivery person at the time of delivery.
- The delivery person will take back the incorrect or spoilt item immediately.
4. Refunds and Replacements:
- Upon successful return of the incorrect or spoilt item, you can choose to either receive a replacement or a full refund.
- Replacements and refunds will be processed promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
