Request Data & Account Deletion
We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. If you no longer wish to use Indofoody and would like your data and account information to be deleted from our system, you can request it using the form below.
🔐 What You’ll Need to Provide:
To process your deletion request, we require the following:
Full Name (as registered in the app)
Email Address (used in your Indofoody account)
We will use this information to verify your identity before proceeding.
📧 Email Verification
Once you submit the form:
You will receive a verification email within a few days to confirm your request.
Please click the verification link in that email to validate your identity.
Only after verification will your deletion request be processed.
🗓️ Data Deletion Timeline
After verification, your data and account information will be permanently deleted within 7 days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
⚠️ Please Note:
This action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, you won’t be able to recover your account or past order information.
If you’ve placed an order recently, we may retain your information temporarily for delivery or legal compliance purposes before full deletion.
